Conference Research Tracks

Environmental Informatics

Innovative ways in which information technology can contribute to the understanding, management, and preservation of our environment. As the world faces escalating environmental challenges, the integration of informatics has become crucial for developing sustainable solutions.

Environmental Modelling and Simulation

With a focus on cutting-edge modeling and simulation techniques, this track aims to explore innovative solutions to environmental challenges, predict future scenarios, and inform evidence-based decision-making for sustainable development.

Global Sustainability Challenges

Addressing the multifaceted challenges that the world faces in achieving sustainable development. Bringing together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, this track aims to explore innovative solutions, discuss pressing issues, and foster collaboration to address global sustainability challenges.

Special Track: Sustainable Mobility

Sustainable mobility is one of the emerging topics of our time. On the one hand, mobility in the sense of moving persons and goods is one of the central functions for a successful economy and a worth living society.

Special Track: Green Coding (hybrid track)

Green Coding is the act of designing, developing, maintaining, and (re-)using software systems in a way that requires as little energy and natural resources as possible. Green Coding methods or practices thus mean any action or use of technology intended and suitable to further this.
